either:

go down on one knee and recite a poem of passion for 30 minutes minimum

OR:

just take her by force..

which is better depends on the lady and which extreme on the mental case scale she is at.. cause make no mistake.. they are all crazee.. u just need to sense which kind of crazee and you're 90% there.. before picking one of the above failsafe approaches.. ehem.. err.. LMAO!
