Remaining four dance tonight in the next to the last week for this season.

Melissa and Tony: Quickstep and Cha Cha
Gilles and Cheryl: Waltz and Salsa
Shawn and Mark: Argentina Tango and Jive
Ty and Chelsie: Viennese Waltz and Samba
 
Wow, Shawn and Mark got lucky, they get to do lifts, lifts, and more lifts for both their dances while nobody else gets to do any.
 
Melissa and Shawn should come out of this smelling like roses, Gilles' Waltz performances have not been his strong suit, but he'll still get at least 9's.
I guess we'll find out just how popular Ty really is with the viewers, because there is no doubt in my mind that the judges will tear him a new one - as is their wont.......
 
Ergh. Nothing I can really do thanks to my shoulder/back/neck pain, so just want to watch DWTS with some minimal filler, and so far, ALL filler. Very annoying.
 
Finally dancing:
Melissa QS- Looks like a latin dancer doing quickstep with a cheerleader. Oh yeah! It is! I'd sooooo love for the Wonder Triplets to be replaced next season with some dancers that have done some ballroom instead of it being all latin pros.
 
Gilles W- He didn't use his legs at all. At all. And of course, the judges are cuckoo for cocoa puffs over it. Hmmm, setting up Ty to go home? Me thinks so. Ergh.
 
The judges kill me. This is why I try to not watch the judges comments or scores. Did I like Melissa's QS? Not particularly. But it was better than Gilles waltz. Guess the women aged 18-35 won't watch next week if he's kicked off, so they have to hedge their bets?

Shawn AT- Absolutely atrocious. Goodness gracious, they go on and on about the acting (which wasn't that great) and totally didn't notice that she also didn't use her legs at all. Everyone is dancing way above the floor and it's getting on my nerves tonight.
 
Really? 30? Better than Melissa's QS?
Ok, here's my guess for Ty. 7,6,7 Now how accurate will I be?
 
Waiting for the wife to get home so I'll be using the delay feature of DVR recording. Already imagining what those dances look like from Wooh's descriptions :mrgreen:
 
Ty VW- Since we're just judging on frame tonight, thought it was great. Lacked some fluidity. But you know what, I adore him. And he did actually show up and dance every week, unlike some people that are still in there.
