learned that the hard way...being soemwhat endowed...therefore...I do not wear that sort of thing now unless i intend to dance mostly with dh...And whether the woman is wearing something low cut and drawing his eyes somewhere else.![]()
you're a cute woman and guys in general, evne the cocky ones, are self concious. Dancers tend to be even more that way, at least to start. So don't worry about it, definitely him, not you.
just do whole floor and every 20 seconds or whatever persona running dance yells "switch!". My second studio does that, we do a push pull mixer, aka "snowball" at end of every party.
Perhaps some guys don't want to make eye contact in fear of being thought of as being flirty.
Can happen to ladies too...I have done this before when someone was coming on a little too strong...and I wasn't interested. 'Course, he still didn't get it, thought I was being coy.
"I certainly have not the talent which some people possess of conversing easily with those I have never seen before. I cannot catch their tone of conversation, or appear interested in their concerns, as I often see done."I'm a pretty quiet person, especially with those I've just met...so have been accused of being unfriendly/standoffish myself at socials.
