Finding A Dance Partner....A never ending quest

Check their web site. That should have the information you want, including a phone number to call to see if there are any tickets left or not.
 
I've had interesting luck with that web site -- a bunch of ex-partners of mine joined and were automatically listed as possible matches for me. So I'd say it works, in a retroactive sense :-)

Hey going a little off topic here, I saw on the schedule that there is World Cup Open Proffesional Latin on Friday night and Sunday night. Is Sunday a continuation with the semi-finals and finals?? I'm trying to decide whether to get tickts for Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday because i waould like to see the Amateur Latin and World Cup Final. I am on a budget so I can only get two nights.
 
I've met a few people on dancepartner dot com ... no one who worked out permanently, but some good friends for social dances. Probably worth the money in the end!

Is the gold membership worth it, or is the silver enough? I've a few people I'm interested in on dancepartner and exchanged free emails. But to chat more, I guess I need to spend real money ...

I've been fine with silver. It allows me enough leeway to be able to send a quick message with somebody and give them an e-mail address with which to reach me.
 
I think the problem with silver is that if you send a free member an message (probably the vast majority of the people on that site) they can't reply, or maybe even read it, unless they upgrade. If you have a gold membership free members can reply to your messages.

Well, I don't have a paid membership there, but do have a profile. And a profile at ballroomdancers.com. And one lady found me on dancepartner.com, then checked ballroomdancers.com and found me there and was able to contact me through that site, being as it's free.

Actually, I don't think it's just the dancing women that have this thought. I think a lot of women think men should be caged up.

I hear ya! Met a total upseller from dancepartner dot com last week. She couldn't keep the beat or do the xbl on good timing, and yet claimed she had been dancing salsa for more than a year and experience in other dances for 6-7 years. Worse, she smelled of dust. I was feeling all sneezy around her :(
