I've been told I'm "talented" but here's the thing, everyone hits a wall at some point. I would first suspect a muscle tension thing. Turns work best with soft joints that can actively control balance, but our natural instinct is to tense up and LOSE that activation when we're straining for greater control.Why does it happen, do my internal core muscles get tired?
