this is something i don't get all the angst over.
i mean, chicas who highlight their tatas..."don't deserve to be stared at"? honestly, things consciously put on display are meant to be looked at. seems distorted to show something off and then expect others not to regard them with some kind of admiration. in that context, what's so bad about looking?
the more someone puts them out there, the more i'm inclined to say, "dang chica... you put the girls out there front & center, am having a hard time looking at your face."if someone doesn't like people looking, they should know they always have the option to wear something different.
it's kinda like putting an ad up on the highway and getting disgruntled when people look at it. "huh?"
I was in northern England recently and saw exactly what you describe. Not really skirts, more like a large bandaid...
I can only apologize. Think of us who have to live here. Girls go out in November wearing a handkerchief, then get drunk out of their minds. You would THINK that all that knicker-elastic on a friday night would be a turn on, but not when it's staggering around on pairs of frozen chicken-legs and throwing up in the gutter. It's quite traumatic, actually.
Thats quite charming of you SW - but you really do not have to apologize for a teenage fad! OTOH, their legs were quite amazing and its not quite so bad when it happens as part of the 'pack-instinct'
[BTW - love York almost went to college there]
Not to jack this thread, but along the same line of thinking, is the mini skirt back in style? I didn't get the memo, but I got a wake-up call when I went to a dance club this weekend!
These skirts were short. I mean SHORT. Like bottom-butt-cleavage short, which kinda relates to this thread, sorta.... I guess....
