Personally I doubt this will be discussed more in depth here. IMO women are worried about being labeled. IMO men are worried about being labeled. This leaves out an honest discussion of how we attract each other and what means we use. And we don't get past the 'appreciative glance' or 'don't show cleavage if you don't want to be looked at.' And it's on the internet. So I guess we're stuck.

Right you are. I have been aware for a long time of the growing problem of meeting, nice persons in general, and/or someone special in particular. In today's culture, we; can't dress to impress, make eye contact in a public place, go to a single's bar, compliment anyone on anything, have to be perfectly PC, worry about A. I. D., can't dance too closely, or too long, or not enough, send e-mails rather than talk, watch TV rather than visit, listen to iPods rather than each other.....................................

agree...as a grief counselor, I learned over many years how to .....

I noticed this before. I...also...life/spiritual, though I have done, and do, 90% of my work through dance.

Yes, the english are perhaps both the most boring and curious of the species. You can sit for hours with one and have not a word pass - and then discover that he collects fly legs or has a nobel prize. You just never know, which makes them also rather attractive to a society (US) where almost everything is 'out front' - to bring it back to cleavage!

Thus the proliferation of Internet dating sites. Funny though - the first thing most people want is a picture. And I've noticed even on "religious" dating sites that some women post pictures of themselves in bikinis or in plunging necklines or profile views that can't have any purpose but to flaunt the yummies. Electronic biology.

On a side note, I find it interesting that the ones with the fakies are almost always proud to display them, but the ones with the real ones aren't.
