Damn! I wish I had someone to ... stay in with. Instead, it's off to the gym in the AM. Good for my muscles. Not-so-good for my disposition. lol.
Ah, but the exercise could help releave some stress. ;)

Didn't run last Saturday either, but back to it on Sunday and Monday, and went shopping with the SO on Tuesday instead of running. Ran yesterday, too.

If I miss a day a week, then no big deal. Two days is ok, but don't like to miss three.

I was quite dissapointed not to see or run into the big snake someone warned me about as I was passing her on this hiking/running path. unlike the time someone warned me about a bobcat sighting I didn't think I would need to turn around and go back the other way cos snakes get scared off easily, by the people traffic, probably why I didn't see it

maybe next time :)

hey :)

I've done my 2 most challenging for 2 consecutive days after coming back from a 5-day weekend of travelling & dancing yay! and what gorgeous weather!!

Blech! 100 degree days here, already. No motivation to do anything except drink iced tea and lounge in the shade... AT least it's NOT Long Island iced tea. lol.

Thank goodness for air conditioned gyms.

Didn't run FRiday or Saturday, biut had a nice jog along a river on Sunday morning. Gorgeous day, water flowing fast, trees dressed in their summer greens.

No run on Monday, but did my longest run of the year, so far, on Tuesday. Felt ill yesterday, and thus no run. Not likely till this cold disappears.

Weighed myself this morning. Yuck! 20 pounds heavier then when I was in college running competively. Bah! Need to start watching what I eat and get my mileage up to reduce some of the fat. It will take awhile, yet I know I can do it.

Took the 2 year old granddaughter running again yesterday. We have had the one year old grandson out a couple of times this spring too. The 14 year old granddaughter just announced she was going out for cross country again this fall and the 14 year old grandson just finished up his track season. I love it!

Last week was rough. Nasty cold kept me from running much. Went out for a walk today, but still recovering form the cold. :(

ugh I hope you recover soon!

went yesterday after the business of graduation weekend, felt great. and surpringly I was able to do more uphill runs than I thought i was in shape for.
I'll be in NYC for a week so I don't know if I will be running soon, it'll prob be really hot there. but I'm packing my running shoes, in case
