I've been recovering from frozen shoulder in both shoulders. Fortunately, this malady coincided with the Covid outbreak when few were dancing anyway, so it was good timing. At its worst for both shoulders, I could only raise each arm forward to only about 45 degrees from vertical. Now when laying down, I can get my left arm to completely touch the floor raising it overhead (which is equivalent to vertical if I were standing). The right arm is getting close. At its worst, there was no possibility of holding a reasonable standard frame. I'm getting to the point where it's presentable, but still has a ways to go. With my level of progress, I'm confident I'll make the full recovery.
