Off to google-land, I'll see if I can find a picture of shrink e dinks. :car: 8)

A-ha! I was spelling it wrong. It's shrinky dinks. It's a plastic toy that you bake. No kidding. Here's a webpage that explains a little more and has pictures.

Thanks for the link! I totally loved them!

Speaking of smurfs...does anyone know the origination of Smurfette and why she was the only female smurf? I have wondered this for a VERY long time and recently saw the episode of the smurfs where she was introduced.

Anyone else know? Want me to share? :D

Gargamel made her- out of mud.

The Smurflings found this out and wanted to make a girl smurf. That's how they got that one... the Ellie May Smurf chick... what was her name?

Well, heck, then- which one was made by mud? I'm sure one of them was...mud, earth... it's hard to keep fairytales straight. I know that they invented Smurf Cream, and the Smurfberry touch was instigated by Smurfette, and I still don't know how she kept her figure.

Did a quick google on smurfs and mud, and only found an episode of the smurfs called "Mud Wrestling Smurfs" in which Clumsy steps into the ring against the Wartmongers while Papa Smurf plans an escape...

Didn't they only eat berries? 8)

Smurfs. Hmm. I have to say my jury's still out, although I do have to admit that I spent many a Saturday morning glued to the TV set, back in the height of Smurf popularity.

(I like Papa Smurf best. 8) )
