Dinner time club

Mushroom soup, organic mesclun salad, octopus in piri piri sauce, white wine x 2.

I love this restaurant, and the post-group class Monday indulgence.

A whole day of very unsatisfying meals...all of which I deliberately chose, even while knowing that I wouldn't much like them.

I'd blame it on a full moon, but, alas...

Ten bean soup and a glass of water. Sure is nice to have all this tasty food in jars ready whenever I'm hungry. :)

*drool* Most.delicious.homemade.meal.ever: homemade lamb stew over cous cous, steamed broccoli with homemade cheese sauce. Om nom nom...

So easily could have eaten myself completely sick. So so easily.

Om nom nom...

...nom nom...

*drool*

nom.

I am so jealous. So so so jealous! That sounds delicious.

My dinner tonight was kind of terrible. I was stuck late at work finishing documentation (ugg) so I was starving when I finally left. On the way home I grabbed some beef jerky. Then when I got home, I only had about 15 minutes to eat before I had to leave for a dance class. I scoured the cupboards... and found nothing. I forgot, I'd been so busy at work, I hadn't been shopping in a couple weeks. Finally I found something to eat... cereal.

Yes, beef jerky and cereal for dinner. Livin' up the bachelor lifestyle. :|

Yesterday: Kazakh-style rice with chicken, stuffed grape leaves, olives, flatbread, dumplings, cucumber, radishes, these ridiculously tasty (especially with wine) anise-flavored cracker-thingies, assorted desserts.

Today: celery sticks and carrots. Amazing how much tastier they are with a little bit of tasty salad dressing. And I'm thinking a glass of wine. We've got some Shiraz that we haven't opened...
