This got me curious as to why I hear what I hear. The song is interesting enough
for me to apply some of the "musicality" I've learned over the years of dancing...

Related to the video, I'd break it down thus:

In the Frantic sections, the Drums dominate, so it's ECS (for me). In
the Medium sections, if one hears the lyrics (singing) closed by the rhythm
(beats) in a bar/measure then it sound Rumba, if one hears the rhythm
primarily then it sounds ECS. When there is neither Claps or Drums,
neither Rumba nor ECS sounds suitable.

In practice, if any/all dances are available, I'd probably go for a WCS/ECS
mix.
