I would luv to hear the Prof. comments on VW..Altho. I doubt it will change the rigidity of the Intern. sylb .

I have dance lessons on Tuesday. Blackpool pro/am smooth is on Tuesday. I got a one month subscription to Blackpool. I have dance lessons today, thus it must be the day of the Blackpool pro/am, how come I cannot play it? It eventually dawned on me that I had moved my lessons from Tuesday to Monday this week.... It always messes with my head when I dance on the "wrong" day. :rolleyes:
 
I'm STILL upset that Rhythm is finally at Blackpool and there's no longer Emmanuel and Liana.

I think that was actually the first thought I had when I heard about their retirement :pain: still hurts.
 
Ok, the livestreaming worked very well the last two years, and this year it seems to be flaky again. Hopefully DSI gets their stuff together before the bigger events start. GRRRRRR
 
I've gotten server down and I gotten server up but nothing works: I couldn't even check the FAQ to see if I was just not clicking in the correct place to get the live stream. I don't mind watching a replay, so I hope they get that up at least.

I emailed them. They are currently having issues but they did say they would are filming and will be posting a replay.

It kinda looks like they decided to update their payment system this week. As an IT PM, i am currently in "judging you" mode.
 
FYI, the replays for pro-am are up. we will see if they solved their issues for tomorrow. They ended up having to post an open workaround yesterday afternoon, since their site went belly-up. So here's a question (it's probably been answered before, but i am being too lazy to search) - how come they announce the results with the winners first? is starting from the bottom placements only an american thing? I've always wondered that over the last few years of watching.
 
One thing I never liked about DSI was the commentary... but I may swallow my pride this year as my usual Instagram source for streaming couples is not going to be there this year. :(
 
the commentary can get old, agreed. However, I found the commentary for the smooth exhibition last year was completely HILARIOUS. They were ever so "British" and polite about not getting smooth at all. They seem to be a bit better informed this year, for the few bits I checked in on.
